La semaine dernière, le groupe a dévoilé un premier aperçu de cette chanson tirée de son 10e album studio en publiant un TikTok de 20 secondes montrant Chris chantant le refrain devant une grande roue éclairée au néon, en chantonnant :
“It feels like I’m falling in love/ You’re throwing me a lifeline/ Oh, not for the first time/ I know I’m not alone.”
"J'ai l'impression de tomber amoureux/ Tu me lances une bouée de sauvetage/ Oh, ce n'est pas la première fois/ Je sais que je ne suis pas le seul".
Le début du déploiement de la prochaine phase artistique de Coldplay s'est poursuivi lors de leur passage au stade olympique d’Athènes le week-end dernier, où ils ont distribué des dépliants contenant les paroles de la nouvelle chanson.
À l'heure actuelle, le groupe n’a pas encore annoncé les détails de la date de sortie ou de la liste des titres de Moon Music, dont le chanteur du groupe Chris parle depuis un an. En janvier 2023, il a déclaré au Toronto City News que le groupe était sur le point de terminer ce qu'il avait alors promis d’être le deuxième album de la série Music of the Spheres. À l'époque, il avait déclaré : "mais cela ne sortira pas avant un certain temps", tout en laissant entendre que le groupe "pourrait" commencer à présenter certains des nouveaux morceaux en concert cette année-là.

The band announced today that the first single from their forthcoming album Moon Music, "feelslikeimfallinginlove", would be released on June 21.
Last week, the band unveiled a first glimpse of the song, taken from their 10th studio album, by posting a 20-second TikTok showing Chris singing the chorus in front of a neon-lit Ferris wheel, singing:
"It feels like I'm falling in love/ You're throwing me a lifeline/ Oh, not for the first time/ I know I'm not alone."
The roll-out of Coldplay's next artistic phase continued when they performed at the Olympic Stadium in Athens last weekend, handing out flyers with the lyrics to the new song.
At this time, the band has not yet announced details of the release date or track listing for Moon Music, which the band's lead singer Chris has been talking about for the past year. In January 2023, he told Toronto City News that the band was close to completing what he promised then to be the second album in the Music of the Spheres series. At the time, he said, "but it won't be out for a while", while hinting that the band "might" start performing some of the new material live that year.
